30 Day Get Back on Track

This training program has been designed specially to help get you back on track if you have fallen off the wagon (don’t worry Beautiful, this happens to ALL of us at some stage/s of the year. It is TOTALLY normal), to burn off those extra calories after an indulgent time (like the festive season or after a holiday) and to help get your strength and fitness levels back up after some time off.

At Glow Girls, we don’t believe in extremes, we believe in lifestyle, good habits, self-love and consistency which is what this Get Back on Track training guide is ALL about!

  • This is a 4-week training guide.
  • Once you have completed the 4-weeks, you can choose to repeat or just keep the guide aside for when you feel like you need some help to get back on track again.
  • There are 4 recommended workouts per week including; leg, upper hiit, arms, and lower hit.
  • For day 5 and or 6, we have given you a couple of full body hiit workouts to choose between to suit your energy levels and lifestyle.
  • We recommend at least 1-2 rest days per week throughout this program.
  • Type of exercise to expect:
    • Free weight work, body weight work plus hiit/plyometrics.
  • Equipment needed:
    • Free weights: Barbell, Dumbbells and / or kettlebell
    • Other: Mat, skipping rope, bench, step and resistance band
  • In addition to your training eguide, we have created daily workout videos to help guide you through your program. These videos are available on the PRIVATE Glow Girls Get Back on Track Facebook Group.
  • When you purchase this guide you also get exclusive access to The Glow Girls Squad Private Facebook Community.   • Workout duration:
    • Anywhere between 20 minutes – 1 hour (the duration will depend on which workout day it is and on the pace that you keep during the workouts). As you progress your strength, fitness and rest between reps and sets will improve.
  • This program is suitable for all fitness levels. All reps, sets and time holds can be adjusted to suit your fitness levels, time availability and lifestyle if need be.
  • You DO NOT need gym access to do this program. This program can be at home (with basic equipment) OR at the gym.
  • You need to be injury free and in good health to do this program safely and effectively.
