The beauty of this home-based shape up means that you can train ANYWHERE ANYTIME with minimal/no equipment – whether it is from the comfort of your own home, alongside your little one, on a yacht (Yep! We have a Queen currently doing this program who works on the yachts!), in a hotel room or at an exciting holiday destination.

  • This is a 4-week training guide.
  • Once you have completed the four weeks you can choose to repeat or just keep the guide aside for when another special occasion comes up or you are looking to improve/challenge your strength and fitness levels once again.
  • There are 3 workout days each week – including lower body, upper body and full body.
  • On alternate days, we have created a range of cardio/hiit options which you can pick and choose between to suit your energy and lifestyle on those days.
  • We recommend at least 1-2 rest days per week throughout this program.
  • Type of exercise to expect:
    • Body weight, resistance work, hiit, cardio and plyometrics.
  • Equipment needed:
    • Mat, skipping rope, bench or step and resistance band
  • In addition to your training eguide, we have created daily workout videos to help guide you through your program. These videos are available on the PRIVATE Glow Girls 30 Day Home Shape Up Facebook Group.
